Have you heard of Network Osaka? I've had his Adobe video sitting on my desktop for some time now and often turn to it for an instant burst of inspiration. Since then, I've forgotten what a wealth of goodness his website is. ...until today. A lot of his print stuff is hit or miss, but I love the simple/Swiss stylings that he seems so at home doing. Most of all, his logo is pretty baller.
I'm just now realizing speedometers can be sexy little pieces of design. All the elements for greatness are there. A combination of numbers, letters, color and a sense of hierarchy give the gauge tons of potential.
